Goji berries, wild blueberries, apple, and Chia seeds are blended together and dried as small fruit snack buttons for a nutritious, easy snack. [vegan, gluten-free, grain-free, oil-free, sugar-free]

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup goji berries, soaked 30+ minutes in warm water, drained
  • ½ cup organic frozen wild blueberries, thawed & drained
  • ½ large organic sweet apple (I prefer pink lady, gala, or fuji)
  • 1½ T. milled Chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until as smooth as possible.
  2. Spoon fruit mixture into a sandwich bag, cut off one corner, and squeeze dime-sized buttons onto a lined dehydrator sheet.
  3. Dehydrate at 115°F for about 2 hours, or until the outsides of the fruit snacks are firm, but the insides are still soft.
  4. Peel fruit snacks off of the dehydrator sheet and place them in an air-tight container. Keep them up to one week.
