Author: Mary Ross Fowler | Daily Dose of Greens
Recipe type: Snack
Serves: 4-6 servings
Ingredients
¼ cup goji berries, soaked 30+ minutes in warm water, drained
½ cup organic frozen wild blueberries, thawed & drained
½ large organic sweet apple (I prefer pink lady, gala, or fuji)
1½ T. milled Chia seeds
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until as smooth as possible.
Spoon fruit mixture into a sandwich bag, cut off one corner, and squeeze dime-sized buttons onto a lined dehydrator sheet.
Dehydrate at 115°F for about 2 hours, or until the outsides of the fruit snacks are firm, but the insides are still soft.
Peel fruit snacks off of the dehydrator sheet and place them in an air-tight container. Keep them up to one week.
