Make this simple slaw to accompany vegan BBQ! It's crunchy, fresh, and creamy.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup slaw mix (or shred cabbage and carrots yourself)
  • A few grinds black pepper
  • Juice of half a lime
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Heaping T. mashed avocado (or guacamole)
  • Optional: pinch chopped cilantro
Instructions
  1. Stir all ingredients together. Taste for seasoning.
  2. Serve!
