Pull out the juicer and enjoy this refreshing drink full of sweet watermelon, sour lime, and tart rhubarb juices!

Ingredients
Roughly 2 lb watermelon chunks
2-3 large stalks rhubarb
3-4 limes, peel removed
Sweetener of choice, optional
Instructions
Juice watermelon, rhubarb, and limes together.
Taste and add sweetener if needed.
Pour over ice, serve with a lime wedge or fresh mint sprigs, and enjoy!
Notes
For some reason watermelon juice is best the day of juicing, so try to drink all of the limeade the day of or pour the leftover juice into popsicle molds or an ice tray for enjoying later.
