Gingerbread Cookie Dough Dip

Enjoy this simple and delicious treat that tastes like gingerbread cookie dough! Eat it with apple slices, pretzels, honey graham sticks, or whatever you like! Vegan & gluten-free.

Ingredients
  • 1 can unsalted chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup + 1 T. pure maple syrup
  • 2 T. almond butter
  • 2 T. tahini (or 2 more T. almond butter)
  • 2 t. vanilla extract
  • ¼ t. sea salt
  • 1 T. molasses
  • ¾ t. ground ginger
  • ¾ t. ground cinnamon
  • ¼ t. ground cloves
  • For serving: apple slices, pretzels, honey graham sticks, etc.
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor, stopping to scrape down the sides once or twice, until well combined and fairly smooth.
  2. Transfer to serving bowl and sprinkle with more cinnamon or add cinnamon sticks as a garnish.
  3. Serve immediately with apples, pretzels, and graham crackers, or cover and place in the fridge to chill before serving.
