Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats

This is Abby's favorite overnight oats recipe! So creamy, sweet, and salty!

Ingredients
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbs. Chia seeds or milled flax
  • 1 Tbs. date sugar or 2 tsp. maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 2 Tbs. PB2 powder
  • 1 medium ripe banana, mashed with a fork
  • ½ cup + a splash nondairy milk
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar by stirring or shaking, replace lid, and place in fridge over night.
  2. Enjoy the next morning or within 5 days.
Notes
I used unsweetened Califia Farms almond milk.
