All you need is four ingredients to make these delicious summer treats! Use those extra ripe peaches before they go bad!

Ingredients
2-3 large peaches
1 can full-fat coconut milk
3 Tbs agave or pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Slice peaches about ½ inch thick and carefully remove the peels. Place 4-6 slices in each popsicle mold, leaving some room for the coconut milk.
In a large jar with a lid, add the can of coconut milk and sweetener. If coconut milk is chunky, place jar in the microwave for 30 seconds or run jar under hot water to warm. Add vanilla, then replace lid and shake until mixture is smooth.
Pour coconut milk mixture over peach slices until you reach the fill line. Then push the popsicle stick into place and freeze until solid, at least 4 hours or so.
To serve, run popsicle molds under warm water until the popsicles slide out easily.
